Energy performance projects aims to reduce energy consumption in existing buildings and facilities. Saudi Energy Efficiency Center regulate these type of projects whether for ESCOs or facilities owners who willing to reduce the energy consumption of their faculties.

Since these projects are recently started in Saudi market, the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center lunched this M&V portal to provide consultancy services related to measurements & verification for government & private sectors.
